OPA 90 at 35: Panel Discussion Now Available
On March 12, 2026, the OPA 90 Forum hosted a panel discussion to mark the 35th anniversary of the Oil Pollution Act of 1990. Titled “Built for Oil, Blind to What’s Next,” the session examined what the law has accomplished, where gaps remain, and how the framework should evolve as maritime and environmental risks change.
